Adult-use customers must be 21 or older and bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Registered medical patients and caregivers must bring the required identification and active registry documentation.

Before your first visit.

Do I need a medical card to buy cannabis in Ohio?

No. Ohio runs an adult-use program alongside the medical one, and every Bloom in the state is licensed for both. Anyone 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID can buy from the adult-use menu. Registered Ohio patients shop the patient menu and get patient pricing at the same counter.

Which Bloom is closest to me?

Seven stores are open across the state — Akron, Athens, Massillon, Painesville Township, Seven Mile, South Columbus and West Columbus. Every address, phone number and set of hours is listed above, and North Columbus opens soon.

What are your hours?

Every Ohio store opens 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week, including weekends and most holidays. Any holiday change is posted on that store's page and on its Google listing before it happens.

Can I order ahead for pickup?

Yes. Browse your store's live menu, place your order online and select Grab & Go at checkout. Bring your ID and follow the Grab & Go signs when you arrive. Orders placed ahead are typically ready in about 5 minutes. Bloom does not deliver; pickup and pre-order only.

What payment do you take?

Cash, debit and Aeropay. There are ATMs in the lobby at every Ohio location. Because pennies are in short supply, totals are rounded to the nearest nickel after tax, and the rounding table is posted at the register.

How much can I buy in one visit?

Purchase limits are set by the state and differ between the adult-use and patient programs. The current limits are on the Ohio cannabis laws guide and posted at every register, and the menu will stop an order before it goes over.
