Bloom Rewards questions.
Is Bloom Rewards free?
Yes. It costs nothing to join, and you get 200 points when you sign up.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at any Bloom store in Ohio, in store or through the Bloom Rewards app. Point multiplier promotions can earn you double points or more.
What can I use my points on?
Points go toward accessories. Every 100 points is worth $5 off, and you can redeem them as you go or save up for something bigger, like a vaporizer. Points can't be used on cannabis products.
Do I need the app?
No — you can join and check your points online. The app is the easiest way to see your balance, get multiplier alerts, track achievements and share your referral link.
Can I earn points if I order ahead for pickup?
Yes. Orders placed in the app or online for Grab & Go pickup earn points the same way as in-store purchases. Bloom does not deliver; pickup and pre-order only.
Do I earn points at every Ohio store?
Yes. Your points work at all seven Bloom Cannabis stores in Ohio: Akron, Athens, Massillon, Painesville Township, Seven Mile, South Columbus and West Columbus.
