How to order online, step by step

1. Choose your store. Open the Bloom Ohio menu and pick the location you'll pick up from. Each store has its own live inventory and pricing.
2. Pick your menu. Adult-use customers shop the default menu. Registered Ohio medical patients can switch to the medical menu.
3. Add items to your bag. Browse by category or use the filters below to narrow things down.
4. Check out and select Grab & Go. Enter your details and submit the order.
5. Wait for your confirmation. Your order isn't guaranteed until the store confirms it.
6. Pick up and pay. Bring your ID, follow the Grab & Go signs, and pay at the counter with cash, debit or Aeropay.

Bloom doesn't deliver. Every online order is picked up in store.

Finding products on the menu

The Bloom Ohio menu lets you narrow hundreds of products down quickly. You can filter by:

• Category and subcategory — flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, extracts, tinctures and more, then formats like whole buds, cartridges or gummies.
• Phenotype — indica, sativa or hybrid.
• THC — set the range you're comfortable with.
• Price and weight — compare an eighth with a half ounce, or stay within a budget.

What to bring to pickup

• Adult-use customers: a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing you're 21 or older.
• Medical patients: your active Ohio medical marijuana registration and the government-issued photo ID you registered with.
• Caregivers: your active Ohio caregiver registration and your government-issued photo ID.
• Payment: cash, debit or Aeropay. Every Bloom Ohio store has an ATM in the lobby.

Pickup times and holds

Bloom Ohio stores are open 8 AM to 10 PM, every day, and orders placed ahead are typically ready in about five minutes. Online orders are for same-day pickup, so pick yours up the same day it's confirmed.
