Are Ohio Dispensaries Recreational
Last year, Ohio voters approved the legalization of recreational marijuana, which decriminalized possession, authorized home cultivation, and paved the way for the future opening of recreational dispensaries in the state. “This represents a significant shift, marking the emergence of a vast new industry,” stated Jason Stephens, Speaker of the Ohio House from Kitts Hill.

When Will Ohio Dispensaries Sell Recreational
The Division of Cannabis Control is set to release license applications for marijuana growers, processors, and dispensaries by June 7.
While this is an exciting development, it’s crucial to manage expectations regarding the approval timeline. The state has not confirmed exact dates for when these approvals will be granted, but estimates suggest that September could be when we start seeing the green light for sales. Until then, dispensaries and customers alike are advised to stay tuned for updates as the process unfolds.
